Dental
AutoNation Associates are offered three dental plan options to choose from through Delta Dental:
- Dental Plus
- Dental Premium
- Dental HMO
With the Plus or Premium coverage, Associates can go in or out of network for services and receive benefits under the plan. If you elect the health maintenance organization (HMO), you must receive your services from your designated Delta Dental HMO participating dentist to receive benefits.

If you enroll in one of the Delta Dental plans, make sure to create an account so you can:
- Print a temporary ID card
- Find a dentist
- Select your provider if you are in the HMO plan
- Access the cost estimator tools to plan for an upcoming procedure
- Learn about the Oral Health Integration Program
Oral Health Integration Program
The Oral Health Integration Program is in place to help support Associates and their dependents who have chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, HIV/AIDS, rheumatoid arthritis, or stroke. Associates and dependents who were diagnosed with these conditions have access to additional dental coverage through the plan to support their overall health.
