Benefits Counselors
What Is a Benefits Counselor?
AutoNation offers a comprehensive benefits package, so choosing the benefit option(s) that are best for you and/or your family can be overwhelming. That’s why AutoNation has partnered with Aon to provide access to a Benefits Counselor during your enrollment. Through a one-to-one video call, that can be scheduled at a time that is most convenient for you, a Benefits Counselor will review your benefit options and answer your questions.
A Virtual one-to-one session gives you the opportunity to schedule an individual session with a Benefits Counselor. The Benefits Counselor will:
- Educate you about benefit offerings
- Answer benefits-related questions
- Guide you toward making the best choices for yourself and your family
- Assist you in navigating the enrollment process
- Help you update personal and dependent information
